ARCSTONE SMTP DELIVERY TEST — temporary setup tool

1. Upload Arcstone-SMTP-Test.zip to:
   /home/arclinve/public_html/forms.arc-linvestment.co.za
2. Extract it into that same folder. smtp-test.php and PHPMailer must be directly inside the folder, not another wrapper folder.
3. Keep the mailbox password ONLY in:
   /home/arclinve/arcstone-private/smtp-password.txt
File permissions: 0600. Enter the password without quotation marks or extra lines.
4. Open https://forms.arc-linvestment.co.za/smtp-test.php
5. Click 'Send the two test emails' once.
6. Check info@arc-linvestment.co.za for the enquiry test and esmondrashid@gmail.com (including spam) for 'We Have Received Your Enquiry'.
7. Report the on-screen results and whether each message arrived. Do not share the password file.
8. Remove smtp-test.php after testing. Keep PHPMailer for the eventual handler. Do not delete smtp-test-state.json to force a resend without checking both inboxes first.

SECURITY / SCOPE
- No password is included in this archive.
- Uses authenticated implicit TLS on SMTP port 465 with certificate verification enabled.
- No arbitrary recipient or message inputs. A private lock/state file limits sends to one attempt per recipient.
- HTTPS and a session CSRF token are required.
- Never weakens SSL verification or prints SMTP debug transcripts.
- Requires PHP 7.3+ and the OpenSSL extension. PHPMailer 7.1.1 is included under LGPL-2.1, with its license.
- This is a delivery test only. It does not configure the live form, queue failed acknowledgements, or claim delivery.
- Test before any live deployment. Actual SMTP authentication and inbox delivery still require verification on Frikkadel.
